For the Bosnian Citizens

Full range of Consular Services such as:
- protection of B&H citizens according to the international law,
- authentication of the documents and photocopies of the documents,
- authentication of signatures,
- translation of the documents and authentication of the translations,
- issuing of certifications,
- issuing and renewal of the passports etc.

Bosnian citizens must have a valid Visa for the State of Qatar which can be issued at the airport upon the arrival if the requirements are previously fulfilled.

Qatar offers: Tourist Visa, Businessmen Visa, Visa for expatriates residing in the GCC countries, Visa for work, Multi entry Visa for Work, Visa for work for one year and extension, Visa for work (ordinary), Transit Visa for sailors.
- To obtain any type of Qatari Visa for work it’s indispensable to have a local sponsor as a guarantee.

Visa for Bosnia and Herzegovina for the citizens of Qatar

Qatari citizens do not need Visa to enter Bosnia and Herzegovina.

Visa for other countries’ citizens

Citizens of following countries are not required to have Visa to travel to Bosnia and Herzegovina:
- Malaysia and Croatia – on the basis of bilateral agreements;
- Hungary, Italy, Macedonia, Romania, Russian Federation, San Marino, Turkey, Tunis and Vatican- on the basis of reciprocity;
- Austria, Bahrain, Belgium, Brunei, Canada, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Ireland, Japan, Kuwait, Luxembourg, The Netherlands, Norway, Oman, Portugal, Qatar, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom, USA- on the basis of significance of relations with these countries for Bosnia and Herzegovina;
- FR Yugoslavia- in accordance with temporary agreement;
- China, Egypt, Pakistan, Slovenia, Slovakia and Jordan- for holders of diplomatic or service passports.
Citizens of other countries have to get appropriate Visa before departure for Bosnia and Herzegovina which can be issued in the nearest Embassy or Consulate of B&H.

Application for B&H Visa for Foreign Nationals

Application for Visa must be supported by following documents:

a. Business Visa
- Letter of invitation sent by a partner from B&H, i.e. a company registered in B&H. The letter must be certified- stamped by a relevant Chamber of Commerce in B&H and may be sent by fax.

b. Visa for private visit to a citizen of B&H
- Letter of guarantee sent by a citizen of B&H, certified- stamped by a relevant authority of B&H. May be sent by fax.
- Bank account statement showing that the applicant has enough funds available to cover minimal costs of his/her stay in B&H (US$ 30 per day of staying in B&H).

c. Tourist Visa
- Photocopy of the voucher from a Travel Agency
- Photocopy of a return ticket (air, bus or any other)
- Bank account statement showing that the applicant has enough fund available to cover his/her stay in B&H (US$ 50 per day of staying in B&H).

d. Transit Visa
- A certified copy of the applicant’s passport including the page with the Visa for the country of destination or a proof that Visa is not required to enter the country of destination.

Visa fees
(indicated fees are valid as from September 02, 1999)
- Visa for single entry or single Transit Visa……… ..DEM 40
- Multiple entry visa (valid for less than 90 days)……DEM 70
- Multiple entry visa (valid for more than 90 days)…..DEM 90
- Visas for the holders of Diplomatic or Service Passports are issued free of charge.
